In Matthew 11;28, Jesus says, "Come to Me, all you who work and are substantial loaded, and I will give you rest". Furthermore, in Isaiah 28;11&12, it says, "For with stammering lips and another tongue He will address this individuals, To whom He said, This is the rest with which You may bring about the exhausted to rest, And, This is the reviving". So this stammering lips and talking with different tongues, this is the rest, this is you being loaded with the Holy Spirit and accepting the rest that Jesus guaranteed to provide for them that come to Him. Along these lines, yes, talking with different tongues still exists, and is the proof or indication of you accepting the Holy Spirit, of you getting Jesus.
What Shall We Do?
Have faith in the Lord Jesus, apologize of all your wrongdoings, be sanctified through water in the Name of Jesus Christ for the reduction of sins, and get the endowment of the Holy Ghost, prove by talking with different tongues, as the Spirit gives you the expression.

16 For God so adored the world, that he gave his exclusive generated Son, that whosoever believeth in him ought not die, but rather have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to censure the world; yet that the world through him may be spared. 18 He that believeth on him is not denounced: but rather he that believeth not is censured as of now, since he hath not put stock for the sake of the main conceived Son of God.
